Amanda Hunter was employed as the Nursery Manager of Forbury Gardens Day Nursery from 1st December 2016.
Amanda joined Forbury Gardens Day Nursery in July 2005, completing both her NVQ 2 & 3 with the Nursery and then promoted to a number of different positions. Amanda was employed as the Deputy Manager in May 2013, and has worked with all age groups. Amanda has a keen interest in helping to oversee the children’s transition from Nursery to school.
Amanda is also one of the Health & Safety Officers for our settings, and is also a Qualified First Aider. Amanda has attended many different training courses and has also gained her Level 5 Diploma in Management. She is also a Behaviour Ambassador in Early Years. Amanda also works in the role as a Designated Safeguarding Officer.
